L tripped on the way to the bus this morning. It was pretty traumatic for her, but I'm proud that by the time she got to school (after the ER visit to check her nose and clean out the gravel), she was able to laugh about it a little. I meant to take a picture of her before I dropped her off, but I forgot. This was after she came home from school and it already looks so much better than it did this morning. One of the Steri Strips fell off at school but it looks like the cut on her nose is staying shut so we'll just let it heal on it's own. My poor, sweet, beautiful girl.

at first i thought this was halloween make-up. it looks like it hurts. i'm glad she's ok.
