July 14, 2009 - We were in serious need of a break so we thought we'd try
mini golf. The last time we went was 2 years ago. The kids loved it, for about 3 holes, then spent the rest of the time whining about how hot it was, and how thirsty they were, and why do we have to do this... It took us 2 years to get up the nerve to try again. We had a great time!
We worried less about actually playing the game and more about just having fun together.
H is the only one who kept track of his score. He also taught M to hold her club correctly. She quickly forgot.
I didn't even play all of the holes, but the kids had fun and that made the whole thing worth it.
H also taught M to line up her shot, to check the grade and the feel of the terf.
Just kidding! She probably saw an ant.
